SAWT'IT (SAWT'IT LTD, registered in England & Wales, company number 17318736) is the data controller for the information you give us. Contact: info@sawtit.com. We are registered with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number (ICO registration pending).

Details you give us: your name, email, phone, address, flight details, what happened, and — if you ask us to claim — your bank details. Plus basic technical data when you use the site (such as device and browser, via cookies).

To check and pursue your claim and pay you (this is to perform our agreement with you); to keep you updated about your claim; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We only collect what we need.

Only as needed to pursue your claim: the airline, and if needed dispute bodies, regulators, and courts or partner lawyers; and our service providers — for example a payment provider (such as Stripe) to pay you, and our email provider to contact you. We never sell your data.

Payments are handled through a secure payment provider. We don't store your full card details on our systems.

We keep your information for up to 6 years after your claim closes, to meet legal and accounting requirements, then we delete it.

We use appropriate security measures to protect your information.

You can ask to see the data we hold, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to stop contacting you — just email info@sawtit.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, or your local data protection authority if you're in the EU.
