SAWT'IT LTD (registered in England & Wales, company number 17318736) is the data controller. We use your email on the lawful basis of legitimate interests, to reply to your enquiry about preparing a tax claim, and on the basis of your consent for the optional check above. Your answers to this checker are stored so we can measure how useful it is. We keep enquiry data for 24 months from your last contact, and claim records for 6 years where a claim goes ahead. You have the right to access, correct, erase or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@sawtit.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We never sell your data.
